Design Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
Convert concepts to user flows, wireframes, layouts, and prototypes that provide an intuitive user experience;
Create user interface graphic elements;
Lead and manage a design team;
Use a user-oriented design approach, quickly test and repeat projects;
Develop mockups and prototypes of the user interface that clearly illustrate how the products function and look;
Identify design problems and find solutions;
Design and supply wireframes, user stories, user trips and layouts optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces;
Prepare and submit drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (e.g. responsiveness);
Adjust layout based on user feedback;
Adhere to brand standards for fonts, colors and images;
Create an extensible, live component design system and style guide.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Have more than 5 years of experience in the development of the UX & UI software product, with experience in B2C and B2B products;
Have a portfolio of design projects;
Have experience managing a design team;
Have advanced knowledge of design software;
Have a basic understanding of web interface development;
Own native or advanced English;
Own native or advanced Russian;
Have strong communication skills;
Know how to explain complex concepts in simple words;
Capable of solving problems and ready to be practical when necessary.
