Graphic Designer Team Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing Projects
Leading Interns and Graphic Designers
All basic designing (logos, collateral, packaging, flyers, brochures)
Mastering multi-page, booklet layouts through InDesign
Prioritizing and managing tasks
Creating and Providing Branding Guidelines for projects
Handling most print setup and file transfers to printshops

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Illustrator
Photoshop
InDesign
Acrobat
PowerPoint
Flash
3D graphics is a strong plus

GENERAL SKILLS:
Leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
Strong team player
Committed
